My experience was fairly pleasant and the communication from the team was good. I was getting messages as a reminder which for me was good as we could plan the day accordingly. We got option for the time we wanted to go for ziyarat and it was a plus as we wanted to spent more time in Haram. VOCO Makkah experience was great. I cant say the same about the Hotel Taba Al Salam in Madina but it was from the hotel side not a blame to Plan my Umrah team. Communication with the ziyarat team (Rafi) was easy and amazing and so was with Wasif from Plan My Umrah.
